Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing clients from our database.
Explain property listings, features, and benefits to prospective buyers or investors.
Follow up with interested clients and schedule site visits.
Maintain call logs and update CRM tools with call outcomes.
Coordinate with sales team for handoff of qualified leads.
Handle basic customer queries and route technical/complex questions to senior agents.
Key Skills Required:
Excellent verbal communication (Hindi & English; regional languages are a plus).
Polite, persuasive, and confident attitude over the phone.
Basic knowledge of real estate is a bonus (training will be provided).
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using WhatsApp, Excel, and basic CRM tools.
Qualification:
Minimum 12th pass. Graduate preferred.
Comfortable with phone-based work and basic computer use.
Working Days & Hours:
6 days a week (Sunday Off or as per shift policy)
